Who We Are
EARLY INVOLVEMENT, BETTER OUTCOMES
Design-Ready Fabrication
We don’t just build—we plan for precision from the very beginning. At Proweld, our in-house team works closely with clients, engineers, and architects to understand the specific requirements of every project. This collaboration ensures each component is fabricated to align with structural specifications and site conditions. From steel frame builds to architectural features, we ensure every item is modelled and manufactured for seamless installation on site.
Whether it’s a new residential staircase or a large-scale structural steel project, our early-stage input helps streamline timelines and reduce costly delays. With practical knowledge from fabrication through to final fit, we deliver outcomes that are functional, compliant, and installation-ready. We service the South Coast, Southern Highlands and Sydney areas.
DESIGNED FOR PRECISION DETAILED DRAWINGS, SMARTER INSTALLS
Built on Accuracy & Coordination
Our coordination capabilities are backed by practical experience on complex jobs. Proweld provides shop drawings, connection detailing, and layout information that allows on-site teams to build with confidence. This proactive approach minimises rework and ensures alignment between trades and project stages.
By integrating with your planning and construction teams early, we reduce guesswork and maximise buildability. Our detailed approach translates directly to time savings and quality outcomes, whether you're a builder coordinating multiple trades or a construction company managing residential steel components.
HIGH-TECH TOOLS, HIGH-CAPACITY WORKSHOP
Precision Setup & Heavy-Duty Capability
We offer comprehensive site measuring and set-out services using our Leica iCON iCR70 total station. This advanced technology allows our team to capture highly accurate layout data directly from your project plans, helping to ensure structural steel is positioned and fabricated precisely to your site conditions. It’s part of our commitment to reducing installation time and improving project efficiency.
Back at our fully equipped workshop in Unanderra, we operate with the capacity to deliver high-volume and complex fabrication jobs. Our facility features 5-tonne and 2-tonne overhead cranes, plus a CNC plasma cutter for precision plate cutting. This allows us to handle everything from large structural members to custom plates, brackets, and assemblies—all built in-house to the highest standards.
COMPACT LIFTING, BIG CAPABILITY
Mini Crane Hire – Maeda 405
For projects that require tight access or lifting support in constrained spaces, Proweld offers mini crane hire, featuring our Maeda 405 model. This compact yet powerful crawler crane is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial jobs where space or ground conditions prevent the use of larger equipment.
With skilled operators available, our crane hire service helps ensure safe and efficient steel installation on complex job sites. Full specifications and imagery to follow—contact us for availability and suitability for your next project.
